本产品为pTurboGFP-N质粒DNA,是具有CMV启动子的GFP(绿色荧光蛋白,Green Fluorescent Protein)载体。pTurboGFP-N质粒DNA多克隆位点位于CMV启动子下游、GFP结构基因上游,方便用户在不同位点将外源DNA插入到GFP结构基因上游进行融合蛋白表达。本质粒携带卡那霉素抗性基因。其图谱如下:
