本产品为pCold TF质粒DNA,是一种以大肠杆菌的伴侣蛋白Trigger Factor(TF)作为可溶性标签的融合型冷休克表达载体,具有CSPA启动子。pCold TF质粒DNA具有多克隆位点,方便用户在不同酶切位点插入所选基因进行研究或表达。本质粒携带Amp抗性基因,其图谱如下:

使用方法
使用前将本产品短暂离心后加入100μL自备超纯水或TE缓冲液溶解,得到20ng/μL的质粒DNA溶液,该溶液可直接用于酶切克隆。也可以取少量,按常规方法进行细菌转化,制备更多的质粒DNA进行各种后续实验。
