常温运输,溶解后需-20℃保存,有效期两年
使用方法
使用前将本产品短暂离心后加入100 μL自备超纯水或TE缓冲液溶解,得到20 ng/μL的质粒DNA溶液,该溶液可直接用于酶切克隆。也可以取少量,按常规方法进行细菌转化,制备更多的质粒DNA进行各种后续实验。
