pHAGE_puro 是一种慢病毒类型的载体 。pHAGE_puro 质粒大小为 7585 bp ,属 于高拷贝数质粒 ,并配备了 CMV 启动子 。pHAGE_puro 具有多克隆位点,便于外源基 因的插入; 同时,它还带有嘌呤霉素作为筛选标记。本质粒携带氨苄青霉素抗性基因 。其 图谱如下:

运输及保存 常温运输,溶解后需-20℃保存,有效期两年。
使用方法
使用前将本产品短暂离心后加入 100 μL 自备的超纯水或 TE 缓冲液溶解,可以得到 20 ng/μL 的质粒 DNA 溶液,该溶液可直接用于酶切克隆。也可以取少量,按常规方法 进行细菌转化,制备更多的质粒 DNA 进行各种后续实验。
