使用方法
使用前将本产品短暂离心后加入 100 μL 自备超纯水或 TE 缓冲液溶解,得到 20 ng/ μL 的质粒 DNA 溶液,该溶液可直接用于酶切克隆。也可以取少量,按常规方法进 行细菌转化,制备更多的质粒 DNA 进行各种后续实验。
